Case Study: Regulated e-commerce brand (name available on request)
Overview
This project covered a full platform migration and automation rebuild for a regulated e-commerce brand. The focus was operational reliability, scalable publishing workflows, and stronger lifecycle systems without introducing compliance risk.
Measurement basis: pre/post comparison using Shopify admin logs (publish timestamps), automation flow coverage audit (count of lifecycle touchpoints), and time-on-task estimates from internal operating logs.
Outcome
The team moved to a cleaner operating model with faster content deployment, more consistent lifecycle execution, and lower manual overhead.
How we measured: pre/post audit using (1) Shopify publish timestamps, (2) lifecycle flow map and firing checks across email/SMS touchpoints, and (3) weekly ops time logs for catalog and merchandising tasks.
