Who we are
Palmetto AI Automation was started to solve a specific problem: South Carolina service businesses — HVAC companies, law firms, dental practices, med spas, landscapers — were losing revenue every week not because they lacked leads, but because their follow-up process was too slow, too inconsistent, or simply not happening at all after hours.
We are a small team based in Lexington, SC. We are not a national software company with a generic product. We work directly with owners and operators to understand how their business actually runs, and then we build automation that fits into that workflow rather than replacing it.
Why we focus on South Carolina
Local service markets are competitive and relationship-driven. A Columbia HVAC company competing against five other contractors on Google Local Services does not win on price alone — it wins by being the first to respond and the most consistent in follow-up. The same is true for roofing, plumbing, dental, law, and most other service categories in this region.
We focus on SC businesses because we understand the market, we are accessible for in-person conversations when they matter, and we are building long-term relationships in the communities we serve. We are not a vendor you onboard and never hear from again.
What makes us different from a generic automation agency
We start with the highest-value problem, not the most sophisticated tool. Most automation agencies lead with their platform stack. We lead with a diagnostic: where is revenue leaking right now, and what is the minimum automation that fixes it? That keeps builds focused and ROI visible early.
We work within your existing tools. If you run ServiceTitan, Jobber, HubSpot, or a shared Google calendar, we connect to it. You do not need to migrate your data or retrain your team on new software.
You own what we build. Every workflow is documented and handed off. There is no ongoing dependency on our proprietary tooling. If you want to manage it yourself after launch, you can.
